im trying to buy a vip-mvp rank upgrade and when i try to add to cart is says "the required packages for that package have not been met" what does this mean??!?!? please help

no, i had elite (a rank on soup before it was removed and k1 and k2 merged) so my rank from soup converted into vip on kitpvp
