This isn't even the place to put appeals. I'd say you have a 1% chance of getting unblacklisted, but maybe the staff can miss click accepting your appeal!

Seems more likely that you spent a lot of money and your parents charged it back, somehow I doubt you "Accidentally" charged back a bunch of money. You could probably get unblacklisted if you paid back all the money you charge backed.
