a while ago i was opening a legendary crate key on kit, while it was opening i time out, (this is when kit was REALLY laggy.) and when i got back in, theres was nothing in my inventory, no money, no crate keys, no color chats. nothing. i made a purchase support about it and not to long ago zelkam replied to the post. saying that they cant check and that i probably didnt see what i got.

next time I’d reccomend recording while opening your keys, I do this now since I’ve lost a key before due to this
