Heat pan to medium heat with some vegetable oil drizzled on top of pan. Once pan is heated (testable by dripping water in it and seeing if it sizzles), crack desired amount of eggs into pan and fry as desired (I prefer over easy). Next, spread half a tablespoon of salted butter on heated pan and once melted fry slices of bread (preferably same amount of eggs), until both sides of bread are golden brown. Serve with eggs on top of bread.
