No, you are not muted I don't think. I think this was just a server error because when you just type in chat while you are muted, it doesn't send any messages so.
Maybe toggle back /tgc then chat again to see what happens. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

prolly a bug since when u get muted it just doesnt say anything when u try to talk
