Staff aren't allowed to just spawn in items, I don't think anyone below admin can anyway.
That would be abuse. Earn money by getting kills, winning events, selling items, wagering duels, or doing irl deals/buying ranks.

After reading this I have decided to give u world edit, GM1, and the ability to give players ranks. Enjoy hosting Simon says.

If ur gonna do that, do it on survival, it's easier to grind, find someone to help you grind, and can be controlled a lot more. Also staff can't just give away items and/or ranks, that's blatent abuse
