ICE farm concerns; Use this farm with some caution...

I don't feel like ICE Farm's staff are being fair to any of their users.
(If you don't like stories, skip to the tl;dr.)

A player met me in the farm and wanted me to help them grind for heads. When one of the ICE members saw this (SeedTech and JohnLol_), he began to attack me without mercy. I told him several times to stop, saying that the player asked me to do so, and he refused to respond until after I managed to out-maneuver him, using /rtp.

Instead of asking me not to kill others, he decided that attempting to kill and wipe my progress would suffice. He watched us go through several, several rounds, and should have understood at an Immortal level that we were getting heads. I've never seen this happen from farm staff before, who are usually fairly reasonable and explanatory.

I accidentally dropped my sword (q is near wasd) in combat, and one of the staff refused to return it, opting to /ignore me instead and give me a warning for... defending myself...?

tl;dr:
Are the spawners good? Yeah. Are the staff fair? No. They can and will attempt to kill you over nothing. Only bring grinding items that you care less about, else you risk losing your progress for stupid reasons.

(Before you comment "yOu ShOuLdN't HaVe BrOuGhT aNyThInG lMaO," I only lost a sword that I could replace (mostly). I see nearly every farmer bringing *some* sort of gear with them, often times full netherite, and that's because most farms are *reasonable* with their users.)

UPDATE:

I've been given back the sword. I'm grateful to the staff, but I don't feel that it was genuine. They claim that their farm is supporting its users, and that they didn't know that I was grinding for heads, but that's either ignorance or a bold-faced lie. Me and this person were talking to each other abt the grinding in public chat. When being attacked, I would eat a god apple to give myself time to type and explain. After I got away, I explained it to them, and they /ignored me.

They only gave me the sword back after I inflated the issue to this degree. No offense, but this is ridiculous. So much for "mature."

We tried to kill you because you were pvping in the farm. It does not matter if you were tying to get someone’s head. We have a strict no pvp policy

And you didn't warn me. You didn't tell me anything, you just tried to ruin my items and steal my loot. It's a bs excuse, and you've blocked my access to the farm for it. Hell, you've /ignored me and blocked me on discord when trying to reasonably contact you.

You're acting with zero reasonability or maturity. And it wasn't "pvp lol i'm killing and fighting!!" it was grinding a head for a new player.

We felt that there needed to be a punishment greater than a claim kick.
Dude... again, I wasn't stealing their loot. They had nothing on them. It was a simple head grind and you didn't even ASK me to stop. They didn't even have exp on them :/

Hiya, Sorry you had a bad experience with Ice.
As our rules clearly state, there is no PVP allowed in Ice at all. The reason you were killed, is because you broke the rules, and the staff assumed that you did not have consent to kill the player.

We could not claim ban you from the claim, as the staff team attempted, due to the claim beloning to 1skq, who is the only person which can claim ban people, since it's his claim.

No offense, but if you've read my story, that's bs.
I told them. Multiple times did I tell them, and they ignored me. Even when John just suddenly decided to unignore me and message, he didn't seem to understand. They don't *want* to understand. I told y'all so many times that it was consensual.

I would have been completely willing to accept being banned if you had told me that you didn't want head grinding in the area. I would have respected, stopped, and left. You all made it a bigger problem then it needed to be. You all watched us clearly grind, when he BEGGED in PUBLIC CHAT to die for his head.

Hiya, the staff members in question, may have not been reading chat at the time, and just acted on the situation that was displayed.
