idea: anti clean perks

so, ive played a lot of skywars, and i'm new to kit (i play survival normally) and it looks like cleaning is a big problem. now, in skywars, you can get kits and perks by using *IN-GAME MONEY* that you cant buy and have to get by killing and winning games. and there are many perks, including perks that manage to save you from cleans. this includes stuff like strength for a certain amount of seconds (max 5) and resistance, OR, you can make it so they auto gap, and get regen 5 for a certain amount of time (max 5 seconds).

yeah regen 3 is what they implemented regen 5 would be 2 op
