Im banned for 'cheating'

But I didn't do anything wrong. I was playing with my siblings just putting some items in a chest and then I was perm banned for cheating. I didn't get any warning beforehand. I don't know what I did wrong. This was my first day on the server. Can I please be unbanned I just want to play with my siblings on this server.
