Im confused

So basically, i recently just bought a easter crate key. I waited a few minutes and i recieved it. after i bought it, i opened it and it stopped on "x3 easter crate keys" and i was excited so i was happy. Later(when i was about to open them,) I looked at my inventory and saw i got nothing but potions.

Maybe you thought it stopped on the 3x keys but it actually landed on the potions? Did it announce that you won the 3x keys in chat?

Similar to what Blue said, when opening crates, and it lands on a certain reward, they move another slot after. It's happened to me many times. Where I have landed on a reward, it stayed there for a moment, and then moved.
