yes you need 30 ping trust me
when I had the old provider I reached 17380 ping on pvplands
I get 300 ping stfu and I still play good

You're actualy in the Rage state, this one is after when you get killed many times in kitpvp, because you're bad, and blame it on your ping, and the server's lag, and staff
in the rage state you come in forums, and start trashtalking everyone, telling your friends that the server sucks and you're never going to play on it again.
next step is denial, everyone answers you in forums and gives very positive feedback on the server, they show you that the problem is you, of course, you know by this point that you made a mistake, but you don't want people to know, you'll just keep denying and trashtalk about the server.
next step is boredom, you said you hate the server and you quit it forever ! you can't be back that fast, or people will see you and you'll be the joke for a few days which you cant afford ! you'll try and play in other games and probably other servers, and even try new things in your life, for a few days, weeks, or months, until you get bored of it and miss really the server
after boredom, you really want to come back which you eventually do, because you had fun the most on this server, you get online, you get few kills, you have fun for few hours, then you get killed by a full iron :issou:
at this point, you're flaming ! how can a full iron kid kill you ?! this server is bad ! ping is high and its staff the reason you died !!
you'll turn around in this circle of life in invadedlands until you grow up and eventually quit Minecraft
