You could use Wind Charges or a Fishing Rod and try to get them out of that claim.
Other than those methods, I don't think you can do anything else. Maybe by contacting the owner of the claim if they are online, but I would assume they are offline and even if you were to wait until they would be online, the items will despawn until then.

what if the chunk is unloaded? would they still despawn?
