Dear Staff Team can i ask what the **** you guys are doing ?

People are Carding buying 50 keys and getting op loot allday and you guys dont give a ****
and today i lose my high killstreak to a hacker dude this server idc if i wouldve died to a normal player but you work hard for this killstreak and in the end i get killed by a hacker who probably cardeed his loot and threw like 4x insta damage 2 Pots on me in literally 2 seconds...

I would like to get a refund on my killstreak or atleast do something about this shitty hackers ffs its pissing me off....... -.-

They Should watch the buyers and then check it ingame what they gonna do with the loot you know what i mean like yesterday i saw a kid opening invaded keys and then he threw lets say protection 3 sets in cactus so they dissapear...

invaded cannot have staff that are volunteers to watch what every individual player does everytime they buy something wtf ?

If you want to save the server then theres other ways too like block a payment method yk

wow block paypal and then people will complain about that too and people will not be able to buy things without Paypal and less money for invaded = less money used to make the server better

The keys don't have a limit of buying as I know, though I'm sorry and I do feel bad that you lost such a giant killstreak
It still doesn't seem like a Staff problem.
 
TBH if kids really wanna spend their time carding loot then its mostly A loss on their part seeing as they have to live with it for the rest of their lives whilst all you lost was a killstreak in a server that's not hypixel

What they signed up to do (volunteer work). I get that you're upset but coming at the staff team like that solves literally nothing! Secondly, they can't be expected to sit on the server all day and monitor everyone? Only NDA people can handle transactions so I don't see how yelling at mods or anyone who's not NDA signed is going to help.

Again, only NDA people can handle payment stuff. I honestly don't get how many times a staff is going to have to lock a thread like this until people start to listen that they do care and are trying to find a solution. If you really have it all figured out suggestions are open.

They can't refund a KS. If you're that pissed off then walk away and cool down. Remember it's just a game!
 
honestly if you rly care that much about a killstreak its time you go outside for the first time in a month
