What they signed up to do (volunteer work). I get that you're upset but coming at the staff team like that solves literally nothing! Secondly, they can't be expected to sit on the server all day and monitor everyone? Only NDA people can handle transactions so I don't see how yelling at mods or anyone who's not NDA signed is going to help.



Again, only NDA people can handle payment stuff. I honestly don't get how many times a staff is going to have to lock a thread like this until people start to listen that they do care and are trying to find a solution. If you really have it all figured out suggestions are open.



They can't refund a KS. If you're that pissed off then walk away and cool down. Remember it's just a game!

We have lives, and to say that staff “don’t care” is completely false. Someone becomes staff because they care a whole lot about the server. If we are on we are constantly trying to prevent these kind of situartions by watching players who get reported and investigating into possible carders. The thing is, we need undeniable proof before we punish someone, so if something may seem obvious to you, it’s possible there isn’t enough evidence for a staff to punish them, even if they want to.

If someone is cheating, always /report them. It helps us as staff find who is cheating very quickly. It is far mor effective than “staff tp”.
