So basically i was blacklisted a month ago by mistake then i checked my appeal yestarday it was there but today its gone amd i went on the server and it still said i was blacklisted?

There are alleged rumors going around that blacklist appeals were moved/deleted or something.
I hope this somehow helps.
Just create a new one, not much we can do.
