He probably used an insta 2 and throwed it at your head, which does the most amount of damage, (I believe)

You can buy them from people, or buy Pro rank, and if you do ./reclaim (if you buy the rank) it'll give you the Pro kit, and I think that if you do ./kit Pro it will give you the kit again, and you can redeem kit pro, i think in 2 days or something, i forgot, and you could get 4 of the insta 2s

I heard the splash potion, and he probably just splashed both of them at you, and that's why it probably sounded weirdly.
no, i replaced the hurt noises with drum sounds cause i was bored. i heard the drum noise, and all my armor breaking at once. i didn't hear a glass breaking noise though
