I'm very confused, bought elite rank but got kit elite and kit hero?

Okay so I bought elite rank, I got it and didnt get perms to do /kit elite, so I did /reclaim as I thought it would fix it. So then for some reason it gave me the stuff that hero ranks would get when you buy it, but also my elite perks. I'm so confused...
