got banned for cheating, did a PCA client right after (idfk if u know what that means

Hello, I am making this thread in the wake of the recent ban waves on Invaded. This thread is a guide and PSA to everyone on some steps you can take to prevent yourself from being banned. I would like to preface this by saying that I am not an anti-cheat developer, nor do I know the slightest...

i was literally single clicking butterfly... idk y the server flagged me, i click more on other servers that are more pvp based than invadedlands and dont get flagged at all. EITHER WAY i provided solid evidence to me not cheating so it would make no sense to keep me banned

Many people are getting false banned . Ibutterfly and i get banned aswell its the copy paste anti cheat

i think the mods might not know what pca lcient is, bcuz if they did THEY COULD SEE I WASNT

PCA clients are extremely outdated and can easily be modified if you have access to google. It is not an effective form of determining whether someone is cheating in game or not.

Additionally, why would an anticheat admin rely on your report over actual logs? While an anticheat can make a false ban logs are accurate and just display data, and based on that data you were cheating.

If you are still adamant you are not cheating, maybe try running a double clicker test or checking ur mouse debounce time. Too low a debounce or a faulty mouse is considered an unfair advantage:

The ppl who got false banned today got banned due to a bug, they were all unbanned if they weren’t cheating. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The majority of larger PVP based servers do not practice screen sharing anymore. There are too many tools that clean computers of any trace of cheats and it takes too much time for every individual case. Anticheats in 2022 are developed to a point where while they make false bans, the data they collect often is a really good sign of whether someone is cheating or not, Screensharing would be a lot less effective and not viable.
