invaded staff sucks

Now, I have full respect towards most of the staff team (not gonna name), although I do think there's a slight problem with the moderation, and it's that you're not supposed to be in vanish 80% of your time online...
I understand and really do appreciate that they're online to make sure we have a clean, cheater-free experience on the server, but newbies' experience is often ruined because they simply do not know what to do in certain situations, what commands to use, etc. simply because staff members are in vanish and most of the community (apologies) are too ignorant and egoistic enough to not provide the support these players need, that's why most servers hire staff members. To help these players.
Again, I thank you so much for everything you do for us, and the time and dedication you spend most of your day in order to enlighten our experience on InvadedLands, but I do believe you guys might want to spend a little more dedication to chat support if you have the time, in order to make sure the players you care for get what you're trying to achieve.
That doesn't require you working more time, doesn't make you need to work 24/7, just if there are more staff members online taking care of cheaters, then there's no reason not to help us.

no they suck

Ok fr now. The staff on invaded are really great I am surprised on have many times I have seen them on and thats without the times they are in vanish, I know you said that you answered the 24/7 question but don't forget hackers are supposed to be taken care off by the anti cheat if that does not do it, I dont what the staff can do. Its like 20 staff member vs thousends of players that can join and hack at any time. And also for spammers and threats this happened to me as well and they almost always stop after some time. If they just dont stop just start a conversation withol one of them who is online or do a player report. Thats what I do and it normally works. If not well the staff cant fix everything so just try to ignore it. They are doing everything they can to take care of issues and I think even having this conversation is kinda of mean towards them.
