Pretty sad to see how immature Mega can be. Kind of concerns me to see how easy it is for him to make an impulsive decision like this over something so inconsequential. The LEAST he could do is talk to you, but he doesn't even have the balls to do that because he's busy drooling over an e-girl. Take care, guys. Hope you come out on top of this one.
The staff has been corrupt ever since the merge with MMC (2018). MegaPvP has always been a small-minded little bean who only lives in his own little bubble of egirls and higher-up staff members, and the sad part is that he gets away with this stuff due to his positioning in the staff team. This is not the first time he lies to get a reason to demote/ban a player from the community. My friend Deciple, a very well-known player on the server, got blacklisted due to doxing reasons, which was fair, but, the reason he did that is because the former staff-member (xoxoNeptune) charged him back on the lunar client/server (a rank) with no reason, resulting in him getting a permanent ban. A few months after when xoxoNeptune decided to resign, a friend decided to ask MegaPvP why Neptune charged Deciple back, and he got the biggest LIE as a response. MegaPvP told my friend that Deciple threatened Neptune when in reality she did it because "she was feeling nice". The reason I know that MegaPvP is lying is that back when Deciple received the rank Neptune was a "Random" (a.k.a not someone you would normally know off) (proof: https://gyazo.com/36cf4343eee8983c6a0ca769f877666b). Deciple might be seen as harmful in some way or another but I can guarantee you that he is not into that stuff, and especially not against random people he doesn't even know.
In conclusion, this situation is very similar to yours, Decay, a situation where he finds stupid excuses for his actions and lies to justify the punishments, a situation where he tells you what to- or not to do stuff, he even threatened my friend who asked him why Neptune charged back. However, my point is that the server has always been this corrupt and no one seems to have noticed it (until now due to your former position in the staff team) and it will just continue this way if the management doesn't have a discussion about it. Anyways, I appreciate the fact that you are trying to open the eyes of these blind skeppy stans and edaters and I hope your demotion gets justified (and that the server stops being corrupt).

This is ridiculous and this thread shines a whole new perspective on my thoughts on the staff team, it really shows how currupt the team has become, management not replying to moderators messages even as staff? What seems like management have huge egos, and even with applications they give very vague reasons as to why then gets ignored for whatever reason, most likely because it shows you will never be accepted or even given a chance at all, Write a good application but said harmless things on a discord server denied, or denied to inactivity and when you message you get aired, this whole situation is really after putting on me on a new perspective and I really fear for invadedlands wellbeing as of now.

Is this the time where Neon or even Skeppy comes in and demotes Mega and hire new managers? Honestly like what @lovebailey it's not that hard to just hire managers that can actually do their job properly.
I can only assume the upper staff team will side with mega. After all, Mega and Nicki's server is promoted by Skeppy.
