I feel that the discord server is very unmoderated. I have not seen a single staff talk on there. Left and right I see people breaking rules. Also nobody is really talking about this problem...

Trust me, everyone else feels the same way. Sadly, higher ups have not made many efforts to improve the discord experience and skeppy merely uses it as a way to ping everyone to join his events. It's basically a lost cause at this point, so there isn't really a point in trying to get people to "fix" the discord.

Yeah i kinda feel the same but the discord is only used for basically announcements unless your staff.

Well, they are lacking on staff on discord. It is true, I admit.

I haven't seen a single staff talk on there for basically ever. Just a bunch of kids spamming about queue for events and people blasting the n word and soundboard in vcs.

I guess they use discord just to announce events because some of the people may not use forums.
