Invadedlands/minecraft bug

Hello, so recently everytime I join invadedlands I play for a while but then all of a sudden everything freezes so I disconnect and reconnect and then it said we found someone online using your username. I even changed my username and I still get the message and it is so irritating. Then I checked to see if i was signed in on minecraft launcher because I was using lunar client and everything was fine except it added another account on the accounts page and when i delete the account after a while of playing it adds itself again. anyway I can fix this?

I got the same things, its happened to me mostly on Invaded but also on other servers

Ive solved this issue by logging out of minecraft launcher after i have logged in on lunar client everything works now
