No warning, no word or explanation from Zelkam or Mega, nothing. I was shocked when I went back to the original tweet and found that it had been deleted. Thankfully, I had a screenshot of it. I don't want to believe that InvadedLands would intentionally attempt to scam players, so I'm going to keep an open mind and just assume that they were going to pay me eventually. However, that was not the case. Joy experienced a similar situation; his faction was on top (however dupers were #1 but they were banned yet not wiped even after being caught duping) and he never received the money ($1000) that was promised for that map.

I really like this server, and I don't want to see its reputation tarnished. All Joy and I want is the money that was promised to us over a year ago. If factions isn't coming back, we'd like a refund on our ranks (I had Diamond which was $50 and Joy had Platinum which was $75. I would really appreciate it if staff could alert higher ups (specifically Zelkam as he was in charge of most of the planning and payouts regarding factions) about this. Joy and I would like to start a conversation with him and Mega so we can talk it out. Please don't ignore / delete this thread; we are trying to be as polite and civil as we possible can be when it comes to a large sum of money that we have been waiting to receive for over a year now.

If it is needed, both Joy and I have multiple screenshots / videos regarding the existence of all faction maps as well as the payouts promised. We will be more than happy to provide those to you privately as we feel it would come off as accusatory and impolite if we just released them to the public right off the bat; we'd like to see how this is handled first before we do anything.

Im going to tag staff that will be able to alert higher ups about this thread: @Nicki @ApexWasabi

Damn, btw you didn't play Map 1. Map 1/ Beta was released around 2015-2016. And I'm Not sure what the payouts were, but I do agree that most of that stuff should be refunded. Beta factions died faster then ever on the 2015-2016 season lol
 
I heard about factions before I was blacklisted and how they removed it but I assumed they refunded all rank purchases but to be fair they *reserve the right...etc* also they have tos plus the small little note on the bottom of all rank purchases
 
Pretty sure Joy told me about this a while back. I feel for you guys and hope you get that 2000 back.

If there was a factions server before, then I'm not sure what it was called. They called Map I "Map I" lol. That was around January / February of 2018 I believe.

Nobody was ever compensated for their ranks and purchases like people on Skyblock Fire / Earth were.

Nope, they made some bad excuse about "maps being cut short" (which Map II had no reason to be) so they apparently "don't legally or morally owe us anything." Classic bullshit seeing as they deleted the tweet and never gave players compensations / an explanation but from their point I'm sure they thought it was smart.

why do u think they'll pay u now, that was ages ago since this happened. People have complained before and it wont get far lmfao.

We had been tracking down old players / gathering evidence regarding the situation. Took us a while but we got stuff

Also, regardless of how long ago it was, wouldn't you agree that it's wrong to do that exact thing (scamming 2k paypal)

We've been completely blown off as it seems, I dont like to leak info, but we were told that our rewards and ranks would be "compensated" but on what? factions? To compensate us would be handing us a win, our ranks + keys, spawners, a bunch more stuff, I dont get it? We aren't even getting buycraft vouchers.
 
Shouldn't have spent your money on a glorified lego simulator without expecting it to have the possibility of getting scamazed
