I'm starting to think that you didn't even read the thread. We contacted admins and higher ups and were basically freaking out when they shut down both servers for no reason. However, we weren't ever given any respond regarding it and were never compensated. Of course, we didn't know they were going to shut down factions, so we didn't take screenshots the day before it went down or anything like that because we expected to be playing a full map. Please actually read next time.

We shouldn't have to bring that up, either; when K2 was shut down as well as Soup, they gave buycraft to people with ranks etc. Why didn't they do the same for factions?

No, 3 factions did not just play the server. The people who didn't claim their prizes never asked admins with proof to claim their prizes. We never said only 3 factions played. What are you talking about?

Either way we're supposed to receive some form of compensation. Due to them not bringing factions back.

The man drives a lambo, owned an audi probably still does, sold merch for $50-60 gets 100's of dollars from donations. He has a fucking youtooz for gods sakes. You're just now giving me this context. A non-rude filler from your penurious friend would have been a lighter aspect to this post. If I had all the information, I could give a more useful answer. I'm glad you didn't step to the immature retreat that your friend relied on, but it didn't provide any information you had not given me. I used what I had to give an honest answer on what happened, and should of happened.

So we spent about a year gathering evidence and screenshots, tracking down old factions players, etc. I really thought this was a given and we wouldn't have to explain it to people, but I forgot which server we're talking about, so that's a mistake on my part.

Sure, hearing this might not be good for you, but I'm also an unbiased perspective. I did not play during the factions days, but I know factions basics like worth, size, players, etc. That's about it. From a business perspective, you waiting too long probably also forfeited the money. As there were unclaimed prizes by Factions that clearly existed (I highly doubt only 3 factions played on the server), they probably also did not receive the prize because of this same fault. I hope this can get resolved, even if it means you do accept it if you cannot receive the prize.
