I feel like InvadedLands has gone downhill a lot and that's caused everyone to quit, Invaded Staff/Developers don't listen to what their players say or ask.

Reasons why most players quit.
A while back like 5 months ago me and my friends (@BabyKrypto and Wherry) made a thread suggesting a new plugin which was "/clan" We listed a bunch of commands that could be used and we wrote that it would be very fun and a bunch of players agreed. We said that it would bring back a lot of og's and most staff members agreed with us. A ton of Invaded Moderators responded saying it would be a great idea. A lot of people wanted it to become a thing and we had a poll and there was like 180 upvotes and like 9 downvotes. But obviously as the new season came it wasn't a thing. We knew it's been suggested by a group of players like a year before that so we suggested it again just to see if Admins/Developers would care enough to add it. There's been a lot of more times where people have had big suggestions such as new commands, features, or more. Obviously nothing happened and none of the suggestions became a thing. If InvadedLands would listen to what their players had to say then the 20+ known players that quit yesterday would still be playing.
InvadedLands has had issues with lag since like last season and it was fixed a bit but not fully. It almost seems like InvadedLands Admins, Developers, or Managers don't even care about the server anymore. An example of this is when bunch of alpha members got blacklisted for ONE player in Alpha saying something as simple as "Justice4Deciple" This is no reason to blacklist every single one of them and the person who said it shouldn't even be blacklisted in the first place because it's a message in chat that has not been listed in the rules forum. There's also a lot of inactive Moderators and Admins that are never online and when they are they don't help anyone. That's definitely one of the reasons why people quit the server. There's been so many people who have quit the past 2 weeks. Just yesterday 20+ known players quit InvadedLands. I thought that since all these people quit InvadedLands staff would finally own up and start doing their jobs but it seems like the complete opposite. If staff would just listen to their players and take suggestions instead of taking everything in their own hands and not listening to their players then the competitive community and known players on the server would come back.

Promotions
There's a few good Moderators who know how to moderate properly and If I'm being honest, most of them left. One of the only ones left that I think should be promoted is @kvids he should be promoted to Admin because he's a very good person, I used to be great friends with him when I first joined the server and he taught me how to play, make money and he was always there for me in general. @kvids would make a great Admin and he could suggest players ideas to higher staff such as @Mega or @TehNeon. There's also a lot of inactive Moderators and Admins that are never online and when they are they don't help anyone. That's definitely one of the reasons why people quit the server. There's been so many people who have quit the past 2 weeks.

If the fucking staff members would stop fucking sitting in vanish when players actually need help, and were actually active in-game this server would be so much better. In apex's application guide post, one of the things was "Being a moderator means being able to drop whatever you're doing in-game and help players." And what's ironic about that is that me, someone who got fucking 30d muted for spam still knows and holds that to the truth, while the other staff members legit ignore player reports and only talk to people who they're friends with.

The fact that half of alpha got fucking blacklisted for 1 message someone said in chat that didn't even fucking break the rules just shows how corrupt this fucking server has become. #FreeAlpha

Also the fact that skeppy is focused on making videos, staff should have a way more responsibility to this kinda job. Right now i think they should just demote most staff or do a demotion/promote wave
