IRL Deal Chargebacks???

Someone chargebacked an IRL deal i did and I am wondering what the rules are around this, like how I can appeal.
Unfortunately, I have won VIP on KitPvP, and done IRL deals for 2 tags. I only have proof of an IRL deal for 1 of those deals, is there anyway I can find out what got chargedback? And is there anyway to appeal? Please help reeee.

Just make a blacklist appeal and be patient.
