Irl deal scamming

I am not trying to disrespect any staff or players but there’s no real easy way to say this. Why does this rule allowing irl scamming exist? Let’s be honest, players,staff and even scammers are frustrated with this sometimes. I don’t know how this thread will help but it just really frustrates me whenever people get scammed off of irl deals.
Maybe staff may change this rule in the future but for now we r stuck with this. Is anyone else frustrated with this?

Alongside with that, only in-game scamming is allowed which is stated in the rules.
