It does not saying making a DEAL with someone for non invaded things is not allowed.

I believe they made themselves pretty clear when it came to trading things that aren't related to invaded for ranks whether it be through no solicitation etc; at that point it would be common sense to understand that that sort of deal / advertising isn't allowed
