I read other threads and saw that people got banned for being afk and people saying it is allowed, i also got the same thing in my thread so i am confused whether it is bannable or not.

It's definitely not bannable or punishable to be AFK.
I don't know where this idea came from but it's not.
The only punishable/bannable thing would be to emulate player behaviour (like putting something on your mouse to afk mine or setting up an autoclicker to AFK fish) while AFK.
That's probably what happened with the other bans.

So, when you are AFK, just stand still.
