Hi, I'm quite new to the server. On my enchantment set up I clicked on "Fortun III...?" and it only gave me Eff 4 and Unbreaking 3. Is there no Fortune in Survival?

There is fortune. I clicked Fire Aspect 2 and I got Sharpness 5 and Unbreaking 2. Its random.
