Is InvadedLands EULA compliant?

and I saw that selling kits are not allowed, neither is selling fly (I am not sure if IL still has this but overlord get fly) And I even saw them elaborate further in a reply "Hey, I was thinking of starting a server but I won't be able to pay for it for a while without donations, therefore I am looking for EULA compliant donation packages to add. I was hoping you could tell me whether it would be allowed to sell a rank which gives you access to a kit that gives you stuff you can obtain in-game. like iron armor? " And they replied with "no you can not do this as this would count as selling kits." So that brings me back to my question: Is InvadedLands EULA compliant?
