Do you guys think it's fair for me to get blacklisted for ban evading when my brother hacked on the server causing himself to get banned which caused me to get blacklisted for ban evading. I mean I couldn't prevent it from happening I mean I didn't even know he was on the server plus I can't control what he does as a human being. Like if I could've prevented it I would've.

I think it's unfair. They ban accounts and blacklist other accounts that come on with the same IP, regardless of whether they are accounts for different people. You should appeal and state that they were accounts for different people. The staff might understand.
if u truly have a brother and u can provide proof that you have one, then it is not fair, although, many people lie that their "brother" or something hacked on their account so unless you can provide valid proof they probably wont unban you.
I did appeal it clearly stating it was my brother who got on his own account and hacked getting himself banned. It got denied.
That's the thing in the appeal I said I have a brother who plays minecraft and I can provide proof of so.

no they would think you're lying because "my brother hacked on my account/my internet" or whatever is a common excuse, so provide valid evidence that it was you're brother and not you
idk u just have to prove that u have a brother and he hacked? u figure it out
Well for a different sever where a similar occurrence happened they had me and my brother take a pic of both of us with both our pc's in the pic
