Is the server lagging or is something else happening to ground items?

I am not able to pick up ground items, neither in my claim or in unclaimed lands.

So there are shulker boxes and items on the floor i just cant pick up..
I tried relogging, restarting etc etc.

Please help.

Try to turn off an on your wifi network, try restarting minecraft, try to rejoin, if all else fails, its lag. You have to wait for the lag to clear up.
This happens a lot where you cannot pick up items, ask other players if there experiencing this, if they say yes, its lag. If no, it might just be you.
