i was muted today for sending a message 3 times, i was exited about my new rank and saying the person who gave me it in the chat ( it was a xmas present ).

I was then muted for 30mins ( I know that's not long but yh )

I don't know if I'm being stupid but wanted your opinions

This is a fair mute,

I myself think a first offense should get a verbal warning, but this depends on the staff member and
on the staff guide. You still have broken the rules, so that's why I consider it fair.

I mean, it is kind of of spam but I think it is a little unfair considering the fact that they were just given a rank and also because they were clearly excited.

If this isn't your first offense a verbal warning would have been done, but as you have been warned for this offense multiple times I consider it as a fair mute.
