I looked at rules to see if "selling ingame currency for things that cost real-life money" (keys, cloaks, warp creates, etc) was allowed, and it says under communication rules " No selling in-game items for real life currency. (This includes items like warp creates, keys, gear ...etc) ," yet i see players doing this all the time for keys, rank upgrades, etc. Is this allowed? I am confusion right now.

I won't repeat what others said, but this rule is a bit misleading, and I do wish it was worded a bit differently. "(This includes items like warp creates, keys, gear ...etc)" Is referring to items that CANNOT be sold for IRL currency. You are allowed to trade In-game currency for someone to buy you these things off the store.
