So I have a pw that gives a bunch of free iron and has a gambling machine. Am I allowed to set up an automation that says something like "./pw oddiron for FREE IRON, to sell your IG spawners, and to gamble for a Super Mystery Spawner worth up to 2m!" every 15 minutes or something like that. If it needs to be longer than 15 minutes I can also change that.

You would be using a mod that's not on the allowed mods list in order to do it, and Survival has a rule against automatically sending commands using any sort of program. There is also a rule that says you cannot use "bots" for any purpose.
