there should be a confirmation, if you did it twice, it is your fault and staff can something about it.

Unfortunately, it's not common for staff to reverse the consequences of rulebreaking (e.g. you don't get your stuff back from being TP trapped or cheated against in PvP), especially if you don't have sufficient evidence.

This kind of scam used to be a lot more common. I guess a new generation of people is going to start doing it this season against players who have never seen it before, and they're just going to have to learn about it all over again.
 
seriously what were they thinking making the chest shop transaction 1 extra click which is nullified by literally holding right click

from my experience if you just ask staff for your stuff back they give it back, simple
