Is this mod allowed? inventory tweaks

Hi guys!
I have been reading the rules for a while now and I found the site which states what mods are allowed. Even tho the rules are very clear I'm still curious if the mod ''inventory tweaks'' are allowed. Do any of you have experience with it? I'm asking because my friend and I have an island on skyblock and we are both new to the server and want to organize our chests. I hope to get an answer <3

Thanks for the answer and no, my friend told me that she had one where it organized the chest was organized for her, so all the (for example) wood go together and stuff like that.
