you can use it, i have a crappy old samsung and it works perfectly with 30 fps, so i bet if you have a good phone...

Pojav launcher may be considered technically disallowed as stated in the allowed mods / client sections of the rules "Please assume that any mod/client not listed below is NOT allowed!", which means there's an inherit increased risk of getting banned. However, (To the best of my knowledge) Pojav launcher doesn't change the way you interact with the server so you're likely encounter no problem, so use your best judgement.
