is tp trapping bannable

hi so today i met this tp trapper on survival and he said he had looked at the forums and he said tp trapping is not bannable but i am quite sure it is so can anyone please clarify if it is bannableor not. (his ign is datgraywolf)

Tp trapping is not punishable - it is up to you to only send /tpa requests to and accept /tpahere requests from players you trust.
