Isn't paying for unbans against the EULA

I was banned a while back cause I was bored, and went to see if a crappy ghost client actually worked, and bored yet again, I decided to join invaded cause why not. And then I got the message that I was banned and I could appeal, but then I noticed wait isn't being able to pay for unbans a pretty scummy thing to add, and also against the EULA, it's pretty much what I would expect from a youtuber's exploitative p2w server to get as much money as possible from children, but paying for unbans is actually something they're not allowed to offer. Hopefully this server can somehow come to the light and not be complete trash or just get taken down.

well first dont hack cuz ur "bored" ppl just say that for an excuse to hack when they r just bad, second, yes its against the EULA but not many servers seem to care and if u just wanna see the server being taken down just dont play on it.

Well I'd say paying to be able to play again is probably giving you an advantage, compared to not playing at all, but also the EULA specifically states that paying for unbans isn't allowed

I never said I was right in hacking, although I would never do it on a server that wasn't exploiting children, but I was just inquiring, if something the server was doing was actually against rules.

I got banned a while back, and if I cared that much I would've tried to get unbanned or do this a while ago, saying that I'm bad, doesn't negate my argument that what they're doing is not only scummy, but also against the rules.

ok well a lot of ppl know about this but still enjoy playing on the server, if u dont enjoy and just want the server to be gone u can quit playing it. I understand its against the EULA, so whats ur argument here, what are you trying to acheive? Are you trying to bring the server to the ground? Because everyone already knows about this.
