Issue With Keys

Hey Everyone, so i bought 20 black friday keys on november 29th. and staff said every key bought between nov 28 and dec 1st will be reimbursed as december after reset.
Meaning i would get 20 december key, right?

I only got 1 december key tho and i did a purchase support ticket.
now i got an answer to that and Lukelovescandy said that i were given the correct amount of keys.
i even checked if it was just a visual bug in /crates but i really could just use that single key.

Anyone got a similar issue or did i understand smth wrong here?

same i bought 5x black friday and 5x november but i only got 5 december crates even though it was specified that both would be refunded

Show proof of purchase (receipt) that you have bought 20 black friday keys on November 29th, and reply to your support ticket with that proof.
