I feel bad because this is partly my fault, he is stupid for doing this.

I made a joke about being ddosed and he went along with it, please unblacklist him as he did nothing and he didn't know any better. I feel bad.
Poor guy
I assume he got bl'd because HyperFlames vanished when he said it and then he mysteriously logged out.

Blacklists are for severe offences like anything related to ddosing, and the only way the punishment can be removed is by appealing. Since it is not a false blacklist, you will have to wait at least 5 months for that. Appeal in about 5 months
