jail captchas not working

I've been trying to pass the captcha in the jail, but no matter what I do, it says its wrong, even though what I put was clearly right. mods, help??

have you tried re-logging at all? a majority of the time it's a connection issue or you overloaded it with requests

Remove mods and go on another version, it fixed for me

Use 1.8.9 if you can, it fixes a lot of problems with the jail. If that doesn't work, you're going to need to file a bug report like everyone said.

Thanks everyone for helping me, I had to get rid of this one mod that was preventing it, for some reason. anyway im done here.

1/3 of the way there.. I've been mining for hours upon HOURS. some of you guys don't know how INSANELY PAINFUL THIS IS.
how much coal ores shall i have to mine to finish this? 5250 x 4 = 21000, 1/3 of 21000 is 7000, 21000 - 7000 is 14000. i have to mine
FORTEEN THOUSAND COAL ORES TO FINISH THIS.

also here's one thing I noticed about the jail.
you know how you mine coal to get credits, and credits are what get you out, right? well the last coal that is mined before a server restart (the daily one) gets turned into bedrock forever until an admin changes it. Am I just a god at noticing things, or have other people already noticed this?

I noticed I was 2 times in jail and someone just hacking in jail
