Hi, so my friend and I have been mining coal on jail recently to get unbanned, but suddenly it seems like we are unable to connect to it as it keeps timing us out. When trying to connect to the server, we get the 'Logging in', 'Encrypting...' and 'Joining world...' titles, but after 30 seconds, the title switches from 'Joining world...' to 'Timed out'. Is there anyone else experiencing this issue except for us or is there any currently known issue for this? When I try connecting, another friend who isn't banned gets the '[Elite] Polish_Skeppy has logged in to the network.' message, and then when it says 'Timed out' for me, they get the opposite message for when a friend leaves the server.

The exact same thing is happening to me. I already tried contacting staff about it in my appeal and I'm waiting for a response. The same issue also seems to be happening to a couple other players, so we will just have to wait to see what happens
 
Update: It now doesn't take 30 seconds anymore, but it immediately shows 'An internal error occurred in your connection.'

the timed out issue happened to me for the first time on april 3rd or 4th (cant recall)
today the thing got changed to "an interal error...."
i changed my version and it turned out that i am banned lmao

What version did you join to to get into the jail server? I tried a lot of versions while it kept timing me out and nothing worked
 
Oh, i just noticed it only happens when i use Fabric or might also be one of my mods. Tried joining on vanilla and everything works there

just do not use fabric and I think you're good to go
just use the "Latest Release" thingy on minecraft launcher
