I believe He may have already been punished. I made a player report about him on the forums, and Decay replied with 'Resolved' and got a few of his threads deleted. Hopefully he is forum banned/muted, as I havent seen anything from him since my report.

Not bringing up this persons name but they are extremely toxic on the forums, and it really brings a bad light on the site. I made a player report for "Network wide" and "Extreme forum toxicity". I just wanted to know if this sort of thing is even punishable, my report had been viewed 5 times...
