So, I think at the beginning of 2019 (Jan or Feb) you reopened staff apps? I don’t remember that well, but I am pretty sure you did. This would give people who were banned but had a good shot at staff another chance, considering I was one of those people. I was wondering if you could do that again maybe? Not saying you have to, it’s just a thought.
 
I am sorry but this would never be possible because, once you have been banned, you have to wait at least * i think * SIX MONTHS before applying. If it was a mute then you'd have to be muted at least 3 times. * Again i'm not sure. * Sorry!
 
ya they wouldn't let players who were perm banned apply during jan or feb cuz u would have to wait 6 months before being able to apply again, sorry :(

yeah this probably wouldn’t even be plausible considering the large volume of players that apply, they wouldn’t even consider a previously banned/blacklisted player unless it was an unfair punishment. even if you’ve been banned let’s say a year ago and you applied next season, they still keep record of all that and most likely will pick someone with a cleaner record. gotta think probably over 200 people apply for staff each season and they only pick around 5... not saying it’s IMPOSSIBLE because we’ve seen it but very unlikely.
 
also in regard to the seasonal hiring, i heard that they’re probably doing the next one in the summer, i would hope they do one in january though, just seems too unlikely considering we JUST got new staff (plus they’re only just still trainees), and if they did do apps in january then those people would come in at around february/march which just seems too soon.

All these things DO go into account when looking for staff since invaded lands is a very kid based server as skeppy is the owner. Most servers look at your recent punishments and HOW YOU’VE improved from those mistakes and learned from them. The many other requirements are not that hard to meet if you keep a good record so I agree with your statement.

I know. I was banned July 25th, so Im waiting till Jan 25th to reapply. I haven’t been muted, well at least I don’t think I have :)

I was banned for 3 days on July 25th so I was waiting until Jan 25th to reapply, 2020

I don't understand the point. What is the achievement here, and what is the suggestion?
So, a player (banned) will do what to get unbanned?

I mean as I said above, banned players cannot apply for staff. Its the requirement.

They have to wait 6 months before reapplying
 
You may speak to a higher staff when they will get open so they will allow you to override the rule of the 6 moths only for that time.

I don’t think the staff will just ignore the fact that you’ve been banned within the last 6 months if you ask lmao.

You’re right, you would. There was just a season until late November, so I expect the next one to be from 4 to 6 months from now
 
since a new batch of trainees were just accepted, it’s highly unlikely apps will open within the next month or two. there’s no set date for the next staff application season, but I would estimate spring at the earliest.
