o wait... one of the requirements is that you have to be a part of the server for 3 months... you joined on the 14th of january 2020
I believe that the requirement is referring to the MC Server, but I could be wrong.
The new site where they required everyone to re-register also hasn't been out for three months yet. Here is the announcement where they released the new site, so they wouldn't punish for not being a part of the forums for 3 months.

Idk but I doubt it. They most likely want to see the account that you are applying with has been a part of the server for 3+ months.
