the things u get out of a key will directly go to your inv. if its money you got it directly paid to you there is nothing you need to redeem or something.
check your bal or your inventory if nothing has changed msg staff
What do you mean you recieved none of the items listed?
If you won stonks, then it goes directly into your /bal.
If you won more keys, it could be in /cc.
If you won some epic gear, your inventory might have been full, meaning they would've fallen to the ground.
Regardless of what it was, you don't reclaim prizes and I can't say I've ever heard of getting nothing, so I highly doubt that was the case.

If it was money, you would see that your /balance has changed. However, if you won items it would've gone directly into your inventory, unless your inventory was full.
As said above, you should have gotten these items and depending on what you were supposed to get, they could be in /cc, in your balance, or if your inv was full then it would have fallen onto the ground. If none of this is the case, then please create a purchase support explaining your situation.
