I'm new to the server, so I was wondering whether there are any specific guidelines as to how IRL deals should work. Who goes first? Is there some kind of list of scammers? Do escrows exist (like a middleman who makes sure u dont get scammed)?

irl payer goes first, and if someone refuses to do irl dealer first, they are scamming. irl goes first because irl scams are not allowed and with sufficient evidence they may be punished. If a mod is online and is ok with helping, mods are great middle men
Unless you kill thousands of people I don't think that is the most effective money-making tactic. I think the best way to do it is sell your god apples and any other loot you get to get a decent amount of starter money (say, 10k) then buy a bunch of god apples with this money (14-15 for 10k) which means around 700 per god apple. Now, resell them for anywhere from 800-950, making you a few more thousand coins dollars. Keep going with larger quantities and there u go.

That works too, I don't think I've ever sold anything in AH so I wasn't thinking of that when I commented but that's probably going to work better / quicker than just killing people. And like Voltage said, IRL side goes first and if they refuse, they're probably scamming.

Each day, you get two kits that have god apples, kit daily and kit default. Store the god apples from the kits until you have like 5 gapples and then sell them. Also If you get good gear from vote crates, sell it and you will get a lot of money. Killing people is also another say to get money
watch out dont trust anything people have said about last map. God apples are good, once ur rich buy PW creates. Chat reactions are a good long term investment cus in 2 months theyll be worth like 80k each, theyre worth like 20k rn. Im leaving for a few months cus the servers ass rn so i spent all my money on chat reactions. Insta dmg pots are good (insta 2s buy at 2k sell at 3-4k). Pearls are ok (buy at 1k, sell at 1.5k each). Best thing is god apples,
